Plain English first: AFIKO is a self-serve tool. It gives you information and recommendations. What you do with them is your decision. We work hard to make the data accurate, but we cannot guarantee specific ranking outcomes — search engines and AI systems change constantly.

1. The service

AFIKO provides website audits, agency markup analysis, self-serve improvement recommendations, a website editor, and related tools for UK estate agents. The free tier provides a basic audit (GBP and Schema modules). Paid plans (Advisor £39/mo, Growth £79/mo, Partner £149/mo — annual rates available) unlock the full feature set; Growth adds multi-branch and competitor monitoring; Partner adds white-label reseller features.

2. Free trial

Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial
A valid payment method is required to start the trial
Your card is saved securely by Stripe but not charged until day 15
Cancel before day 15 and you will not be charged anything
If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically on day 15 at the applicable monthly or annual rate

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate
You can cancel, upgrade, downgrade or update your payment method at any time through your billing portal — no email required
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then
No partial refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law

4. Refund policy

If you are charged after cancelling due to a system error, we will refund that charge in full within 5 business days. Email help@afiko.co.uk with your billing email address.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations, but we do offer a genuine 14-day free trial specifically so you can evaluate the product before being charged.

5. What AFIKO does and does not guarantee

We do provide:

Honest, calculated estimates of agency markups based on publicly available pricing data
AI-generated recommendations tailored to your agency's context
Self-serve tools and instructions to implement improvements
Monthly re-scans to track changes in your indicators

We do not guarantee:

Specific Google ranking positions or ranking improvements
Specific AI engine visibility outcomes
That the estimated agency markups reflect what your specific current agency charges
Uninterrupted access (we aim for 99.5% uptime but make no contractual SLA commitment at this time)

Rankings and AI visibility depend on Google, Bing, OpenAI, Anthropic and other third parties over which AFIKO has no control. AFIKO gives you the tools to improve your signals — outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use AFIKO to audit competitor websites and share the results commercially without their consent
Resell or redistribute AFIKO's output as your own agency's work product
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-query the AFIKO service
Use the service for any purpose that violates UK law

7. Limitation of liability

AFIKO's liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid to AFIKO in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including lost revenue or ranking declines attributable to factors outside the service.

8. Changes to the service

We may update AFIKO's features from time to time. We will not remove core features from a paid plan without giving you at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel without charge.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
